When does the order ship each month?

We ship all orders in the second half of each month (to arrive between the 15th and the 25th). If you are ordering before the 12th of the month, then your order can ship this month (unless you have selected a different month). Otherwise your order will ship next month. Your personalized greeting card is included with the first order.

Can I select just the nuts I want?

Yes. The nuts are fixed for each month, based on a number of factors, including harvest times. We are always trying to provide the freshest, highest quality nuts to our members. Therefore, in order to select just the nuts you want, you would actually select which months you want, and in effect, you are selecting the nuts you want. On the order form, choose either the 3 or 6 month customized option, then check the 3 or 6 actual months that you want from the list in the order form. The 12 month subscription gets all 12 months in a row and does not have a customized option.
As an example, if you wanted just hazelnuts, cashews and pistachios, you would select the 3 month customized subscription and then you would choose the months of January, May and November on the order form. Your recipient would then receive their shipments in January, May and November.

What comes in each shipment?

The first month your gift is delivered we include a greeting card containing your own personal message. All monthly shipments contain ¾ lb of delicious shelled nuts, and each month members also receive tantalizing recipes, and a fact sheet about the nut of the month.

How is my order shipped?

To maintain freshness, every shipment is sent by United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

What are my total costs, including shipping and taxes?

We make it easy for you. Your total costs are as follows:

  • 6 month membership         $114.95 ($99.95 + $15 S&H)
  • 3 month membership          $67.45 ($59.95 + $7.50 S&H)
  • 6 month customized membership   $124.95 ($109.95 + $15 S&H)
  • 3 month customized membership   $77.45 ($69.95 + $7.50 S&H)

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation screen and at the same time an email is sent with the confirmation details. If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please email us at: nutmaster@nutclub.com or contact us by phone at: 888- 688-2582 (888-NUT-CLUB) and we will look into the matter.

I need a sample gift card - how can I get one?

Is your site secure - is it safe to order online?

Our on-line order form is on a secure site using the highest available 256-bit encryption. You may order in confidence through our on-line web site.

Can I change the shipping address?

Of course, call us, or better yet, send us an email to: nutmaster@nutclub.com and give us both the old and new addresses. Please only notify us when you are ready to accept shipments at the new address. You may request address changes as often as necessary.

Can I send a gift to someone in Canada?

Unfortunately, not any more. The postage and handling costs necessary to ship packages to other countries with the heightened security since 9/11 are more than we are comfortable charging our customers.

Do you recommend any other "of the month club" products?

We recommend the "Honey of the Month Club" which ships pure honey from Israel - the Land of Milk and Honey.
