Combine cereal, nuts and pretzels in a 13-inch baking pan and set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients, and gently stir into cereal mixture until evenly coated. Bake at 250° F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool; store in an airtight container.
